Leadership for Life seeks to effect change in the Omaha area by developing dedicated business and nonprofit leaders who act out of their faith commitment. These leaders attend a September retreat and meet one workday each month for nine months refining their leadership capabilities. Leadership for Life is a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit corporation.

Leadership for Life incorporates Catholic and Protestant traditions and Scriptural teachings into the paradigm of leadership. Leadership for Life welcomes all in the Spirit of Christ, being open to and respectful of individuals regardless of their faith tradition.

Leadership for Life recognizes that building confidence and skills are vital components of any leadership training. Through this course, leaders gain confidence as they develop a Personal Leadership Plan and Vision that is practical to implement in their workplace and beyond.

The course is led by inspirational business and seasoned community leaders as well as professional leadership trainers. The resources, strategies, and tools used are proven and principle-centered.

Many leaders are put into positions of authority without formal training in leadership. As a result, they act in ways the culture or the market dictates. Leadership for Life training empowers leaders to keep in mind the higher values of faith in all dimensions of their work, from how they see themselves, to how they support employees, to the impact their organization makes locally.
