Applicants Commit to the Following:
Attend at least of six of the eight sessions and the entire Opening Retreat. (Please check seminar dates for conflicts before applying.)
Review Class Dates
Participate fully in all the activities of the course including preparation for each session.
Be accountable to other participations through contact with accountability partners between sessions.
Develop a Personal Leadership Plan.
Process for Admission
Review the Seminar Dates and be sure you are able to attend at least six of the eight sessions and the required opening retreat.
Employers and participants must discuss implications of program participation and sponsorship, ensuring time off and funding responsibilities are clarified. A Leadership for Life executive is available to answer any questions about the program that might arise.
Complete the application information below. This information is used only for selection and contact purposes and is not maintained on the internet. Space is limited and order of applications received is a consideration of the selection committee.
Received applications will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within three days, please contact us.
Selection is based upon individual application as well as overall class composition.
Selected applicants will be notified personally.

Program Fees
Total fees including all course materials, professional development tools, retreat lodging and meals, and continental breakfast, lunch and snacks at each monthly seminar are $2,500.
A deposit of $825 is required by June 1.  The deposit is 50% refundable up to July 1 when the remainder of the program fees are due.
Scholarship funding is available, however, all participants are asked to pay some portion of the program fees.
